Managers, credentialing staff, and administrative staff work at the office, and case managers work a flexible schedule remotely from their homes. RN Case Manager

Your goal is to provide for quality, cost-effective outcomes for the client through collaboration and communication with the client, the family, the physician, and other members of the healthcare team.

Manager of Case Management

The Manager of Case Management has the responsibility of helping to recruit, interview, train, and manage the Case Management staff. The Manager of Case Management will initially train and work closely with our existing Manager of Case Management. Upon completion of training, this new Manager of Case Management will take on the newly created division of the Case Management team. Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant assists Case Managers as needed with a variety of administrative duties. Duties include, but are not limited to organizing, compiling, and maintaining business and medical records. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will assist with various office activities including collaborating and coordinating with other team members in the Case Management Department.
