Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are not in the business of selling it to others. We share customer information only as described below. Any outside party is either subject to this Privacy Notice or follow practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Notice. In addition, SCM Associates, Inc. maintains and uses as appropriate a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and Business Associate Agreement (copies may be obtained from SCM Associates, Inc. upon request).
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online or through SCM’s network. We keep all information, electronic and hard copy, secured at all times, and securely destroy all personal information as needed.
