Supervisor of Case Management: Signal Hill, CA (Full Time)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee our Case Management Department. This role is responsible for managing a team of case managers and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and customer guidelines while driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement to deliver high-quality case management services.
 

The position involves reviewing and refining case reports, maintaining departmental policies, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure timely reporting, process optimization, and adherence to standards. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to manage staffing, training, and performance are essential for success in this role. Valid state driver’s license required. Prefer CCM, and bilingual is a plus.

Catastrophic Case Manager: South L.A. County, CA (Full Time) Must live in Los Angeles

From the onset of the patient’s injury through maximum recovery, you will serve as the clinical liaison to ensure efficient and effective healthcare services. You will perform onsite evaluations and attend MD appointments to coordinate care providers and delivery of care to ensure optimal results. Types of cases typically include catastrophic injuries such as TBI, SCI, multiple traumas, limb amputations, and severe burns.

We are seeking an RN with a current California license, and clinical experience in case management is a must. Worker’s compensation field case management experience desired. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; be computer literate, self-disciplined, fluent in English. Valid state driver’s license required. Prefer CCM, and bilingual is a plus.
