Catastrophic Case Manager:  Inland Empire

From the onset of the patient’s injury through maximum recovery, you will serve as the clinical liaison to ensure efficient and effective healthcare services. You will perform onsite evaluations and attend MD appointments to coordinate care providers and delivery of care to ensure optimal results. Types of cases typically include catastrophic injuries such as TBI, SCI, multiple traumas, limb amputations, and severe burns.

We are seeking a RN with a current California license and clinical experience in catastrophic cases is a must. Worker’s compensation field case management experience is desired. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; be computer literate, self-disciplined and fluent in English. A valid state driver’s license required. CCM and bilingual preferred.

Administrative Assistant:  Signal Hill,  CA

The administrative assistant works closely with Case Managers as needed with a variety of administrative duties. Duties include, but are not limited to, tasks such as performing, compiling, and maintaining records of business transactions and office activities. Assisting Case Managers with documentation, care coordination, transportation arrangements, report prep, and other communication related activities.
